We want you to love your Juliska treasures, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and final sale selections are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your items in their original protective heirloom packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
